She won several awards for her performance on these movies early in her career. The woman who felt she was left out of her group at school, during film shoots, started to get alienated from the business of entertainment during her teens. The actress began losing her passion for acting rather focusing on studying. She hoped to be a food journalist, but the only job she got was a fact checker at Zagat guide to restaurants. The following job she got at HarperCollins as an editor's assistant turned out to be miserable. As a result of advice from her agent, she decided to get back into acting. She attended acting classes to develop her acting skills. In a brief time span her agent offered her the role of Liza on 'In The Loop'. Soon afterwards she started appearing for Off Broadway shows. She isn't sure what would happen if she'd been more focused on acting, it's definitely an excellent thing she did not.
